My name is Bill Cole, and I am the CEO and Managing Broker for Transparency Real Estate Services, INC. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1996. Started as lender and became a Real Estate Broker in 2005. Over the years I have worked for what I call the “Big Box Stores”. (Large lenders and Real Estate companies.) What I learned is with the huge overhead costs and employees to pay, they need to charge fees to compensate for this expenditure, which always trickles down to you, the consumer.

My business partner and I decided to cut our margins, reduce fees and work on offering an overall lower cost to sellers and buyers. Because our firm is also licensed for lending we can and will incorporate savings into this part of the transaction as well. It is important to note that the Real Estate industry does not dictate what fees and or commissions that are charged. Getting a couple of quotes is always a wise decision!
